As the Managed Service Provider for PRC, we are proud to have played a key role in their digital transformation. Since our case study film, we’ve continued to expand our services, bringing even more value and innovation to Perth Racecourse.

Here are some highlights of our collaboration:
  • Cost Savings: We helped PRC save approximately £20,000 annually in ticketing costs, which were redirected to enhance the visitor experience.
  • E-Ticketing System: Implemented an e-ticketing system that scans 1,000 people in 10 minutes, improving entry speed and providing valuable attendance insights.
  • Public Internet Connection: Introduced a public internet connection with speeds up to 100MB/s, significantly boosting social media engagement on race days.
  • Facility Management: Improved facility management with better knowledge of visitor numbers.
  • Employee Training: Despite removing onsite ticketing kiosks, there was no impact on employee numbers as staff were retrained to assist visitors with the e-ticketing system and QR code scanning.
  • Business Productivity: Enhanced business productivity by adding fibre to the Perth Races office building.
