The new kids on the block
The companies that started in 2020 and today are purpose-built; they won’t have to adapt or entertain outdated business models. You could say their Digital Transformation is complete, although we would also say, Digtial Transformation should be ongoing process.
These organisations won’t be your future competition; they’ll already be challenging for business without excess baggage or revenue models to protect.
