Existing Dunedin IT clients, please access support using the options below.
Helpdesk
Out-of-hours or critical support requests, always ring us and leave a voicemail. The on-call engineer will be alerted. Any additional details back this up with an email to the helpdesk.
Chat
For non-critical support tickets you can start chat session via social media or website. Please note this is a limited service, but can be useful if you don't have email address, we need find another way to verify or get information to you.
Remote Access
If for some reason we don’t have remote access to your computer we might ask you to visit one of the following websites.
Please ensure you’re 100% confident that you’re speaking to memeber of the team. We won’t ring from any unknown telephone number or use any other method to remote to your computer.
Self-Help
Common and simple fixes
Although we might think we’ve switch the device off, often we just placed them into sleep mode, never allowing services and programs to fully reset themselves, get some rest!
This also applies to your tablet or phone; these devices are often not restarted for weeks.
Home routers, wireless points, your Sky, Virgin, TV etc, all appreciate a restart now again, but if you’re having to do this more than once a month, you might have another issue.
Restarting a computer/device may help with
- Slow internet
- Faulty or crashing application
- Slow computer or application
- Updating/refreshing data
If you’re having issue with Outlook, Word, Teams application on your desktop computer. As temporary work around, use the web version, see if the issues is resolved.
